Accounts & Account Creations

 Shop Owners:

Shop owners can apply for an account at our head office (BVS Trust).

An application form will need to be submitted in order to open an Ola (Unilever) and/or GDS account and receive an account number.

Once an account has been created, your payment terms will be determined and communicated.

Public:

Register on the website and ensure that all your details are complete and accurate.

 Delivery, Collection & Return Policy

 Shop Owners Delivery:

Delivery will take place based on your location and route allocation at no charge to the customer.

This will be communicated once the necessary application forms have been submitted and processed.

Public Delivery:

Home deliveries will only be done in Bloemfontein.

A minimum order of R350 should be placed in order to qualify for delivery.

Orders should be placed within certain time frames in order to received same day
delivery.

Expected delivery schedule:

Customersshould be available at the address indicated upon registration during the
delivery timeslots indicated above.

Collections:
Please indicate whether you will collect the order from our warehouse when placing the
order.

Returns Policy:

Goods should be inspected upon delivery.

Damaged
stock or short deliveries should be indicated on the invoice and the invoice
should be signed upon delivery as proof of delivery.

All damaged stock should be returned to the warehouse for inspection and will not
be delivered to the customer.

 Short payments can be made for damaged stock or short deliveries, if it has been
indicated on the invoice.

Shop owners will receive a credit on their account and a credit note will be sent
through if requested by the customer.

No product will be accepted for return and no credit will be processed after
delivery took place and the above process was not followed.

 Payments

 Shop Owners:

Payments
for goods purchased should be done in accordance with your payment terms,
either in cash or electronic transfer (EFT).

 Public:

Payments for goods purchased should be done upon delivery.
